Bottle Cap

The Bottle Cap convection shrink tunnel concentrates the heated airflow around the cap only. Settings are easy to change to cater for different sized bottles. It has a solid conveyor belt and advanced variable speed drives to allow temperatures to reach up to 400’C without distorting the products.

Bottle Label/Shrink Sleeve

The Bottle Label convection shrink tunnel uses compactly spaced rotating rollers to convey bottles and containers and ensure an even shrink. Quality Japanese branded electrical products are used to improve the reliabilty of key components.
