Convection

The Convection shrink tunnel range uses airflow to indirectly apply heat to the shrinkfilm. they include powerful turbines on certain models to achieve optimum shrinkage for various types of film including PVC, PP, POF and PE. The design incorporates additional insulation and heat shields to reduce electricity consumption yet allow for lengthly operating periods. Proven Japanese brands are used for important electrical components to ensure greater reliability.

Air 50 LX High Speed

The Air 50LX High Speed adopts a down blowing system, and wind force is controlled by a frequency inverter. The conveyor is also controlled by a frequency inverter, and conveying speeds are adjustable. The cover can be opened for easy of cleaning and maintenance.

Air60 (PE)

The Air60 (PE) Shrink Tunnel has high efficiency elements and air circulation to ensure a superior shrink. The additional cooler fans allow for easier end-of line packing.
